Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging and effective lessons during PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover
Providing support to students across a variety of subjects and ensuring continuity in their learning
Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
Collaborating with staff to ensure consistency in learning objectives and lesson plans
Creating a positive, well-managed classroom environment conducive to learning
Helping to raise the academic standards and well-being of students within your care
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching multiple subjects, with the ability to adapt to various year groups and abilities
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
Passion for teaching and supporting student development
