About the Role

Vita CV is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving clients in e-commerce, tech, and professional services. We're looking for a PPC Specialist to manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social media platforms. This remote role is perfect for someone analytical, ROI-focused, and passionate about performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Create and test ad copy and creatives to boost click-through and conversion rates
• Monitor daily budgets, bid strategies, and performance metrics
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with design and content teams for ad assets

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house)
• Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certification preferred
• Strong understanding of KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking setup
• Excellent analytical and Excel/reporting skills
• Self-starter who can manage campaigns independently in a remote setup
