🎯 The Role
We're looking for a confident and experienced PR Account Director to lead strategic client relationships and drive outstanding results across B2B tech campaigns. You'll take the lead on client programmes, guide account teams, and play a key role in agency growth-bringing a strong understanding of complex tech propositions, media strategy, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as senior lead across key client accounts, delivering strategic counsel and long-term direction
Leading integrated PR and communications campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels
Managing and mentoring junior team members, ensuring high standards across delivery
Developing thought leadership, content strategies, and media narratives that position clients as industry leaders
Overseeing campaign performance, reporting, and budget management
Contributing to new business development through proposals, pitches, and market insight
🔍 What You'll Bring
5+ years' experience in a B2B PR agency, with a proven track record in tech
Deep understanding of the B2B media landscape and experience working with complex technology clients
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and developing talent
Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder management abilities
Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and confidence in senior-level client handling
Experience overseeing multi-market campaigns is a plus
