The Marketing and PR Specialist will support in the day-to-day marketing activities and the execution of the marketing plans in addition to developing PR activity for the client across its nationwide clinics.
Providing product/service marketing expertise in order to develop and implement tactical marketing projects/campaigns, including sales tools, marketing collateral, ambassador development and brand co-ordination.
This is a full time position based across our 6 main patient care clinics in a flexible working capacity so being able to travel is essential, 2 days at home and 3 travelling to one of the UK clinics. Some overnight stays may be necessary. All expenses will be paid.
* Preparing, acquiring and editing PR content, stories and materials such as case studies, photography and information for PR, whilst adhering to internal approvals SOP.
* Responsible for contributing to and executing marketing activities across the 6 main clinic locations and in line with the annual marketing plan.
* Liaison with key stakeholders to source and curate content and ensure consistency of messaging in relation to the annual marketing plans.
* Support the Marketing Manager in the production of Annual Marketing Plan.
* Marketing campaign activity from initial concept ideas to execution, utilising core marketing knowledge and project management skills
* Proactively visit all clinical sites to build connections and actively seek ideas, opportunities and content.
* Close collaboration with clinical and silicone teams together with the Marketing and Events Coordinator and Digital Marketing Executive to ensure messaging is consistent with planned marketing campaigns
* Proactively seek new ideas and initiatives to implement into future marketing plans/campaigns
* Production of active internal communications and a quarterly internal newsletters.
* Proactively communicate ideas and assist with communications planning and management across PR and social media
* Running a proactive and reactive press office function forming relationships with key journalists and carving out PR and Media opportunities.
* Maintaining and updating media contact database and media monitoring
* Collating and analysing media coverage to create reports for internal review and evaluation
* Organisation of press events as required
* Event press liaison and support plus attendance as required
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clinic teams.
* Provision of Adhoc marketing support for other areas of the business.
