Location: New Malden, Surrey
Pay: £18.00–£20.00 per hour
Hours: 2 to 3 days per week

Lead the day-to-day running of the practice with confidence and care
Support and motivate a small, close-knit team
Oversee finances, budgets, and billing with an eye for detail
Ensure full CQC and compliance using I-comply
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
Maintain stock and ensure smooth workflow using SOE software
Promote a positive, patient-focused practice cultureRequirements
Proven experience in dental practice management
Strong leadership, HR, and communication skills
Familiarity with SOE and I-comply is an advantage
Proactive, organised, and dedicated to maintaining high standards
Enjoys working independently and contributing to a successful teamJob Summary
Hours: 15 to 30 hours per week (21 hours ideally)

Pay: £18.00–£20.00 per hour
