A well-established GP practice in Kings Norton, Birmingham is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager (Full Time) to lead its operational and strategic delivery, supporting a patient population of over 9,500.
This senior leadership role is ideal for someone with proven experience in general practice management, looking to shape the future of a forward-thinking, patient-focused team.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee strategic planning, HR, finance, and daily operations
Ensure compliance with CQC, health & safety, and GDPR
Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
Drive improvements in patient access and service quality
Support team development and represent the practice within the wider health systemEssential skills & experience:
Leadership experience in a GP or healthcare setting
Strong financial and HR management background
EMIS proficiency and understanding of NHS systems
