Job Description
Locum Practice Nurse – GP Surgery, Maldon, Essex
Days: Tuesdays 9am–5pm, Wednesdays 9am–5pm, Thursdays 7am–4pm
Contract: Ongoing, minimum 3 months
A well-established GP surgery in Maldon, Essex, is looking for an experienced Locum Practice Nurse to join their team on an ongoing basis for at least three months.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care within the GP practice
*
Manage chronic disease clinics (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
*
Perform vaccinations and immunisations
*
Undertake health checks and routine procedures
*
Support patient education and health promotion
Requirements:
*
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
*
Previous experience working in a GP surgery or primary care setting preferred
*
Ability to work independently and efficiently
*
Good communication and organisational skills
Hours:
*
Tuesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
*
Wednesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
*
Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
