Locum Practice Nurse – COPD Specialist (SystmOne) – Truro
A welcoming GP surgery in Truro is seeking an experienced Locum Practice Nurse for a 3-month ongoing contract, with flexible working arrangements. This role is ideal for a nurse confident in COPD management and fully trained in SystmOne.
Role Overview:

Duration: Minimum 3 months, ongoing

Days: Flexible (2–3 days per week, negotiable)

Hours: Flexible start/finish times

Location: Truro, Cornwall
Key Responsibilities:

Provide COPD management, including reviews, assessments, and patient education
*
Deliver high-quality care in line with local and national clinical guidelines
*
Work as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team
*
Use SystmOne confidently for all clinical documentation and patient management
Essential Criteria:
*
Current experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting
*
Competent and experienced in COPD clinics
*
Fully trained in and confident using SystmOne
*
Able to work independently and start immediately
