Locum Practice Nurse – GP Surgery – Blackpool
We are currently seeking an experienced Locum Practice Nurse to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery in Blackpool on an ongoing basis (minimum 6 months). This is a flexible opportunity, with negotiable days and working hours to suit your availability.

Location: GP Surgery, Blackpool

Duration: Ongoing (at least 6 months)

Days/Times: Flexible – part-time or full-time considered
*
Start Date: ASAP
*
System: EMIS (experience essential)
*
Pay: £25.00 – £33.00 per hour (dependent on experience and payment method – PAYE, Ltd)
*
Parking: On-site parking available
🧑⚕️ Requirements:
*
UK experience in a GP surgery is essential
*
Fully trained and competent in EMIS clinical system
*
Able to independently manage treatment room duties, including:
*
Chronic disease reviews (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension)
*
Cervical cytology (smear tests)
*
Childhood and adult immunisations & vaccinations
*
Wound care, dressings, and other general nursing duties
