Practice Nurse - Part Time (12-15 hours per week)
Location: Harrow
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Healthii People are delighted to be supporting a well-established, friendly GP practice in Harrow to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit team working 12-15 hours per week with flexibility to support work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Management of long-term conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes)
Immunisations (childhood & routine) and cervical cytology
Wound care, dressings, and ECGs
Assisting GPs with minor surgery and women's health procedures
Maintaining accurate clinical records on EMIS Web
Supporting vaccine management and infection preventionAbout the Practice
Long-standing, well-organised surgery with superb staff retention
GP Training Practice, consistently achieving high QOF results
Rated GOOD by CQC
Systems: EMIS Web, Docman, AccuRx & PATCHSWhat We're Looking For
Essential: Registered Nurse (NMC) with 2+ years' post-registration experience, primary care/practice nursing background, and skills in LTC management, immunisations, and cytology.
Desirable: Experience in multi-skilled chronic disease management, minor illness diagnosis, and service developmentBefore You Apply
