Practising Certificate Coordinator (Part time)
Our client based in Edinburgh as a requirement for a temporary staff member to join their team - this is a fully remote post with the option to go into the Edinburgh office once a month to meet the team.
The hours are part time - 17.5 hours per week and although flexible, the requirement would be to work some hours on a Monday and Friday, all hours are flexible between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm.
Skills required
High level of accuracy in processing applications on behalf of the client.
Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Outlook and Excel essential.
Experience of working databases.
Customer service skills for dealing with customers on the phones.
Able to work on own initiative but also be part of a team, working remotely.
Ability to work at pace, with accuracy and working to strict deadlines.Team interviews will take place shortly. The role will potentially start on Monday 17th November 2025. Although fully remote priority will be given to candidates living around the Edinburgh area.
