Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer (Water Treatment)
Location: Bristol, Somerset
Salary/Benefits: £25K - £55K + Training & Benefits
This water management/treatment company is looking for a motivated Pre-Commissioning Engineer who can hit the ground running. Candidates will be travelling around London to client sites, undertaking pre-commissioning tasks such as chemical cleans, flushing and advising clients. Candidates will be covering the South West / South Coast area. Clients are open to locations including; Bristol, Bath, Swindon. Trowbridge, Chippenham, Salisbury, Taunton, Bridgwater, Weymouth, Poole and the surrounding areas.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Experienced in the Water Hygiene Industry as a Pre-Commissioning Engineer
- Substantial knowledge of BSRIA BG 29 guidelines
- Exceptionally hard work ethic
- Smashing communication skills both written and verbal
- Hitting targets and adhering to company policies/standards
- Use specialised software to compile test sheets and reports
The Role:
- Undertake flushing of Hot and Cold-Water systems via mains system pumps or temporary flushing rigs
- Accurately checking water flow rates and velocities
- Liaising with clients providing excellent support and technical advice
- Promptly writing detailed reports after visiting client sites
- Backflushing and power flushing of systems
- Flexible to travel to client/various sites including Office Blocks, Fit Outs, Hospitals and Existing Builds
- Chemical cleans on LTHW and CHW systems
