Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Pre-Construction Manager in commercial fit-out or workplace/laboratory interiors, ideally within design-build environments
*
Strong knowledge of cost planning, risk management, health & safety, building services (MEP), and compliance across the pre-construction lifecycle
*
Excellent collaborative skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with design, engineering, procurement, and stakeholder teams
*
Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining clarity on scope, budget, timing, and quality deliverables
*
Commitment to ESG principles and sustainable construction practices
*
Professional qualifications such as MRICS, APM, or equivalent are advantageous but not essential with a strong track record and commercial awarenessBefore You Apply
