About the role
As Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of projects before a single spade hits the ground. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience within pre-construction, ideally gained in commercial fit-out or workplace interiors. You will bring a strong technical understanding of design, buildability, and construction methods, combined with the financial acumen to deliver accurate estimates and lead tendering processes. Your ability to communicate and influence will be essential, as you’ll be engaging with clients, suppliers, and consultants on a daily basis. The role suits someone who is highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a natural ability to foresee and resolve challenges before they impact programme or cost.
