Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Press Operator to join our graphics team. This position is responsible for preparing and optimising customer artwork for flexographic printing on corrugated substrates. The ideal candidate will have experience with pre-press workflows, color management, and packaging artwork preparation.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, proof, and optimize artwork files for production.
*
Work with customer-supplied files to ensure they meet print specifications.
*
Trap, step-and-repeat, and apply color separations for flexographic printing.
*
Collaborate with designers, sales, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
*
Ensure artwork meets color and quality standards before going to press.
*
Maintain accurate file management and job documentation.
Requirements:

Experience in a pre-press or graphics production role (corrugated packaging experience preferred).
*
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
*
Strong understanding of flexographic printing and color management.
*
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
