We’re looking for a skilled Precision Tool Fitter to join our clients team, building high-performance tooling units used in our world-class capping and sealing equipment. Each unit you assemble will produce up to 750 foil caps per minute, with a service life of over 75 million punches.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of tool builds – from mechanical assembly through to final testing. This includes both new builds and refurbishments, working to tight tolerances using:
Surface grinding, honing, milling, turning
Assembly, setting punches/dies
Functional testing at high speeds
You’ll work alongside a highly skilled team in a precision engineering environment.
What You’ll Need
Strong background in precision engineering or press tooling
Excellent hand-fitting and machining skills
Detail-focused with pride in quality workmanship
A team player, but confident working independently
