£55,000 - £65,000 + Package + Training + Progression to Director

This ambitious Midlands-based company operates nationwide, specialising in office interior projects. They provide clients with a full design-and-build fit-out and refurbishment service, tailored to meet individual specifications and brand identity. Their strong reputation and client-focused approach have driven their success since inception, and they are now embarking on a five-year growth plan. To support this, they are looking to expand their dynamic team with this exciting opportunity.
In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, splitting your time between the office and occasional site visits. Reporting directly to the Director and working closely with other department heads particularly the Head of Sales and Marketing you will meet with clients to fully understand their project briefs, survey buildings and present findings to the design department, and collaborate closely with the design team to ensure projects are successfully secured. You will also work alongside the estimating department to price jobs accurately and oversee project progress once work is won.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within the interior fit-out sector, with excellent communication skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
