Premises Manager

Location: 28 Barrack Street, SR1 2DW

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £21.65 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and safety of the premises.

Coordinate repairs and improvements.

Manage building services and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Supervise cleaning and security staff.

Maintain records of inspections and repairs.

Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability practices are followed.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Experience in facilities management or a related field.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Strong organizational and management skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills.

Eligibility to work in the UK.

Valid driving license.

Nice to Have
