We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and hands-on Premises Manager to join our team at our vibrant and welcoming 4-form entry foundation school located in SE27, Lambeth. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running and ongoing development of our school site.
Our current Premises Manager is moving on, and we are looking for someone with the skills, initiative, and commitment to take over this important role.
Premises Manager
Salary: £39,150 – £40,344 per annum (Starting salary: £39,150)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 35–37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: SE27, Lambeth
Start Date: July 2025
About the Role:
As Premises Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the school site. You will oversee contractors, manage health and safety, and ensure the site is a safe, welcoming environment for staff, pupils, and visitors.
Key Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
*
Experience driving a minibus and/or large vehicle (desirable)
*
Proven experience in site management, maintenance or a similar role
*
Sound knowledge of health and safety procedures and statutory compliance
*
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
A practical, can-do attitude and good problem-solving skills
