Prep Technician – Main Dealership
Location: Telford
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (45-minute lunch)
Saturdays: 1 in 3, 8:30am – 12:30pm (paid as overtime)
We are currently recruiting for a Prep Technician to join a successful and well-established main dealership in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Prep Technician looking for a secure and rewarding role.

Great team culture and supportive environment for the dealership’s Prep Technician teamRole Overview: As a Prep Technician, you’ll be responsible for preparing vehicles for sale or handover, ensuring high-quality standards are met. A successful Prep Technician will carry out inspections, routine servicing, and light mechanical work efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
Work as a key Prep Technician within a fast-paced workshop
Complete prep work, inspections, and maintenance as a Prep Technician
Ensure each vehicle meets the dealership’s standards as a skilled Prep Technician
Support other Prep Technicians and team members when required
Maintain accurate records as a professional Prep TechnicianRequirements:
Proven experience as a Prep Technician or similar role in a dealership or garage
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance is preferred for this Prep Technician role
