Prep Technician – Lincoln
Salary: Up to £34,000 Basic + Bonus + Overtime (Dependent on Experience & Qualifications)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm | Saturday mornings on a rota

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Prep Technician to join a leading main dealership in the Lincoln area. Carry out all aspects of vehicle preparation and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
Ensure all vehicles are prepared to the highest quality standards before handover
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to workshop procedures
Support the team in meeting site targets and deadlines
Report any issues or faults found during prep to the workshop teamRequirements:
NVQ or IMI Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (Level 3 desirable)
Strong technical knowledge and experience in vehicle prep
Excellent attention to detail
