Job Description
Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Prepper / Polisher to join a busy, high-quality accident repair centre. You’ll be responsible for preparing vehicles for paint and ensuring a flawless finish before they leave the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing panels and vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
*
Polishing and finishing vehicles to a high standard after paintwork
*
Checking your own work for quality and accuracy
*
Working closely with painters and body technicians to ensure smooth workflow
*
Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a prepper/polisher in a bodyshop or accident repair setting
*
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
*
Ability to work to deadlines without compromising quality
*
Team player with a positive attitude
*
Full UK driving licence preferred
