Motorcycle Prepper – Leading UK Manufacturer
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Pay: £14.68 per hour + Overtime at Enhanced Rates
Hours: 39 Hours per Week | Early Finish Fridays | Immediate Start Available
We’re recruiting on behalf of the UK’s leading motorcycle manufacturer, who are looking to expand their skilled production team in Hinckley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised brand, working in a modern facility with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Preparing motorcycle panels and components for paint
*
Polishing and rectifying surface imperfections
*
Masking and applying decals to motorcycle parts
*
Conducting quality checks and final finish inspections
*
Working independently in a fast-paced, high-standard production environment
Shift Pattern & Hours:
*
Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
*
Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm (early finish)
*
39-hour standard working week
*
Overtime available at enhanced rates
*
Flexibility with hours may be required depending on production demands
Pay & Benefits:

£14.68 per hour starting rate
*
Overtime paid at premium rates
*

Candidate Requirements:
*
Previous experience in prepping motorcycle parts or similar paint/prep work
*
Background in a paint shop, refinishing, or motorcycle manufacturing environment
*
Excellent attention to detail and a pride in delivering high-quality work
*
Ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
*
Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team
This role would suit someone with a background in:
Motorcycle Paint Prep, Paint Finishing, Bodyshop Prepper, Motorcycle Customisation, Motorcycle Manufacturing, or similar skilled hands-on roles.
