Preschool Teacher – Shepherd’s Bush
Salary: £36,000 – £39,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (46 weeks per year)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Location: Shepherd’s Bush, London
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join a warm and welcoming preschool in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a setting with a strong educational ethos, where learning through play is supported by thoughtful structure and meaningful engagement.
About the Setting:
This lovely preschool caters to children aged 2–4 and is known for its nurturing environment, supportive team, and commitment to delivering high-quality early years education. The setting operates 46 weeks a year and offers a collaborative, professional atmosphere where educators are truly valued.
What We’re Looking For:

A qualified Early Years professional (Level 3 or above)
*
Experience working with preschool-aged children (2–4 years)
*
Passion for early education and child development
*
Someone confident in planning, delivering and evaluating educational activities
*
A warm, engaging approach and excellent communication skills
