🕒 Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
📄 Temp to Perm Opportunity
⏰ Overtime Paid at 1.5x Rate
🚗 Full UK Driving Licence Required

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Salford Priors, near Evesham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator with experience in sheet metal fabrication and Press Brake machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality folded components to precise specifications while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Setting up and operating Press Brake machinery
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
Selecting the correct tooling and machine settings for each job
Bending and forming sheet metal components to precise tolerances
Carrying out quality inspections using measuring equipment
Making adjustments to machine settings as required
Handling materials safely and efficiently
Working closely with fabrication, welding, and production teams
Reporting any machine faults, defects, or quality concerns
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
Previous experience operating Press Brake machinery within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Good understanding of measurements, tolerances, and quality standards
Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers, tape measures, and gauges
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to the location
