* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45
* Friday: 08:00 – 15:00
* Regular Overtime Available

Prime Workforce Solutions is proud to be partnering with a leading metal fabrication company in search of an experienced Press Brake Operator. If you’re passionate about precision, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a dynamic and supportive team — we want to hear from you!
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Set up and operate Amada and LAG press brake machines to bend and shape metal plates and sheets
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders
* Select the correct tooling and configure machine settings for each task
* Align and position materials accurately for high-precision results
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
* Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet exact specifications
* Carry out routine machine maintenance and report issues where necessary
* Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organised workspace
💼 What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience operating Amada or equivalent hydraulic Brake Press machines
* Strong understanding of metal types and bending techniques
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with high attention to detail
* Confident working independently or as part of a team
* Good problem-solving and time-management skills
* Commitment to safety and quality at all times
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations in the workplace
* Physically fit – able to lift heavy items and work on your feet throughout the shift
* Willingness to learn and develop through ongoing training
