️ Ancillary Operator (Press Department) – Redditch
£14.00 per hour
Double Days | Permanent Role
First 3 months at 90% of rate (£12.60/hr)
We’re recruiting for an Ancillary Operator to join the press department of a well-established manufacturing company in Redditch. This is a permanent position offering stability, great training, and long-term career potential.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting press operators with production activities
Handling components and materials around the press area
Performing basic quality checks and assisting with changeovers
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
