Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Press Operator to join our client's team within a busy boiler factory in Clay Cross. This role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining press machines to ensure the efficient and safe production of quality boiler components. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, working on a rotating shift pattern to meet production targets. Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and adherence to health and safety guidelines are essential to excel in this position.
£200 Bonus after the first 2 full weeks of services
No Experience needed, Full training will be provided
Knowledge of operating press machinery is preferred but not essential
Ability to work rotating shifts effectively
Monday to Friday work, Monday to Thursday: 8-10 hours shift, Early finish on Friday with just 5 hours shift
Morning shift starts at 05:45, 8-10 hours shift per day (£12.50ph --> £12.86ph after 12 weeks of services)
Afternoon shift starts between 14:45 to 16:15, 8-10 hours shift per day (£15.38ph --> £15.82ph after 12 weeks of services)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Commitment to health and safety regulations
