💼 What You'll Be Doing
As a Press Setter, you'll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
🔒 Prioritising safety at all times
🔧 Setting and exchanging press tooling with precision
✅ Performing quality checks and ensuring first-off specifications
🧼 Keeping your work area clean and organised
📋 Logging work accurately using Rhombus
🤝 Supporting your team and maintaining high hygiene standards
📦 Ensuring materials are ready for uninterrupted production
🛠️ Learning to operate the universal grinding machine
💬 Collaborating respectfully and upholding company values
🎯 What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
A confident communicator with a proactive mindset
Experienced in manual press setting (Bruderer, Invernizzi, Hydraulic Presses)
Familiar with PUWER and LOLER regulations
Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Knowledgeable about press tooling and materials
