Pricing Coordinator - Freight Forwarding
Colnbrook | £25,000 - £35,000 | Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
We're working with a well-established freight forwarding business in Colnbrook who are looking to appoint a Pricing Coordinator to join their growing UK operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in international air and sea freight, who enjoys working with data, quotations, and strategy in a fast-paced, commercially focused role.
🔹 What you'll be doing:
Coordinating and preparing quotes for RFQs, tenders, and spot pricing - focusing on airfreight and sea freight
Managing costings, carriers, and rate adjustments with a keen eye for commercial value
Collaborating with operations, sales, and internal teams to ensure competitive and accurate bids
Supporting the UK pricing function across multiple sites and large-volume tenders
Analysing market data to maximise conversion rates and contribute to business growth
Maintaining strong attention to detail and applying a solutions-driven mindset to pricing challenges🔹 Ideal candidate profile:
Background in freight forwarding (air or sea)
Confident with quoting, tenders, and pricing support
Strong communication and coordination skills - you'll liaise with various departments
Comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Analytical, methodical, and commercially aware
A proactive and collaborative team player with a flexible attitude🔹 Additional info:
Full-time, permanent role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
