Bradford
Days (Monday - Friday)
£40,000 - £42,000
We are looking for a motivated Pricing Manager to join a market leading food manufacturer in Bradford. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies that support business growth. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team. Role Description
Develop and implement pricing models and strategies across all product lines and channels (retail, foodservice, wholesale).
Analyse cost structures, market trends, and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.
Collaborate closely with sales, finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure prices are aligned with business objectives.
Conduct regular pricing reviews and margin analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
Provide insight into customer profitability, recommending pricing actions to support margin and volume objectives.
Lead pricing proposals for tenders, customer negotiations, and new product launches.
Ensure pricing structures are accurately maintained within ERP and commercial systems.
Monitor and report on pricing performance, highlighting risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate pricing and margin input.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in a pricing, commercial finance, or business analysis role.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP, NetSuite).
Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of margin management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across all levels of the organisation.
Experience in dealing with major retailers or foodservice clients is highly desirable.
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
