About the Role
As a Pricing Specialist, you’ll ensure pricing remains competitive, profitable, and strategically aligned. You’ll use data, market insight, and pricing tools to maximise sales, margin, and conversion, taking ownership of pricing processes across your product areas. Collaboration with teams across Data, Development, and Marketing will be key to improving systems and influencing performance.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain pricing rules and structures
• Review and optimise prices daily
• Analyse competitor activity and market trends
• Use data insights to drive pricing decisions
• Ensure accurate pricing for new product launches
• Monitor product performance and support KPI achievement
• Improve pricing tools, reports, and automation
• Contribute to strategic projects and decision-making
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial, or data-focused roles
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large data sets
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Commercial awareness and a drive for improvement
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable
Role Details:
* Salary: £37,500 (fixed)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (40 hours/week)
* Type: Permanent
* Location: On-site in Winsford, Cheshire
