 Pay: £3,500 - £4,500 per month

Veritas Education is pleased to be working with a welcoming, community-focused primary school in Southwark, who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join their team from January 2026.

This OFSTED-rated 'Good' school is highly regarded for its inclusive ethos, engaging curriculum, and strong commitment to supporting every child's academic and personal development. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for a primary class, delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that promote curiosity, independence, and a genuine love of learning.

The Ideal Primary Class Teacher Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

Experience teaching within a primary school setting (ECTs warmly encouraged to apply)

A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks

Main Responsibilities Include:

Planning and delivering well-structured, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum

Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Monitoring, assessing, and tracking pupil progress to inform effective teaching and learning
