Your Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the curriculum

Create a classroom environment that supports positive behaviour and high achievement

Foster pupils’ academic, personal, and social development

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support every child
*
Contribute to whole-school initiatives and be an active part of the school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A strong understanding of the primary curriculum

High expectations for all learners and a commitment to inclusion
*
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
*
A reflective, proactive attitude and a passion for education
*
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
