Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive primary school?

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring teacher or ECT looking to develop their classroom practice within a supportive environment. The Role
As a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will be supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2), delivering pre-planned lessons and helping to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
You will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure pupils remain focused, motivated and fully engaged in their learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons to KS1 pupils.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
* Encourage pupil participation and engagement.
* Support children's learning and development.
* Liaise with teaching staff and school leaders where required.
* Ensure high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare are maintained at all times.

Person Specification
The successful candidate will:
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or recently qualified teacher.
* Have a passion for primary education and supporting young learners.
* Possess excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Be confident working with pupils across Key Stage 1.
* Be reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic.
* Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
* Have the right to work in the UK.
