Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher looking to kickstart your teaching journey in a supportive and welcoming primary school?
We are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Croydon that is seeking a passionate ECT to teach a lovely Year 4 class on a long-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your teaching practice in a well-resourced setting with a strong leadership team and excellent mentoring support.
✨ About the Role:
Full-time Year 4 Class Teacher position
Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 national curriculum
Supporting pupils of varying abilities to reach their full potential
Collaborating with a dedicated team of teachers and support staff
Participating in staff meetings, training, and school life
👩🏫 The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS and has ECT status (or completing induction)
Passionate about creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Strong classroom management skills and a positive attitude
Keen to develop professionally and take part in a supportive ECT programme
Committed to building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Confident with a can-do attitude
