Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary ECT (Early Careers Teacher) looking for the perfect place to begin your teaching journey?

As an agency, Academics are seeking passionate individuals to join our team of supply teachers, to work in local Gosport Primary Schools from September 2025.
As a Primary ECT, you will benefit from working within successful and growing schools local to Gosport who value professional development and collaboration.
Each school we work with have supportive teams readily available for guidance to help you develop into a confident and effective educator on a supply basis.
We are looking for a Primary ECT's who:
* Are passionate about inspiring young learners and making a real impact.
* Are eager to develop their skills with support from experienced colleagues.
* Can deliver engaging, inclusive, and creative pre-planned lessons tailored to all pupils.
* Works well as part of a team and embraces opportunities for professional growth.
