Primary ECT – Grimsby
Location: Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire
Pay Rate: £120 – £140 per day
Contract Type: Supply – Part Time
Start Date: September 2025

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Primary ECT to work across a range of local primary schools starting in September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your teaching experience, build confidence across different year groups, and enjoy a better work-life balance.
As a Primary ECT, your role will involve:
Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Creating a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment where all children thrive
Demonstrating positive behaviour management techniques and following school policies
Experience working across different schools and key stages based on your preferences and availability
What we’re looking for as a Primary ECT:
A recognised teaching qualification with QTS
Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
Recent classroom experience (including any placements completed during your teacher training programme)
A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude to teaching
A Child Workforce Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through GSL Education
