Choose Year 2 or Year 4 and grow fast in a supportive, well-led school.   Key Details Job Title: Primary ECT • Pay: Main Pay Scale 1 - £32,910 • Duration: Permanent – January 2025 start • School Type & Location: ‘Good’ 3-Form Entry Primary School, Ladywood • Key Highlight: ECT induction support with an option for Year 2 or Year 4  The Role Lead learning in either Year 2 or Year 4. You’ll plan and deliver well-sequenced lessons, use assessment to drive progress, and build a calm, purposeful classroom. With shared planning across the year group and access to quality resources, you’ll hit the ground running while developing strong routines and high expectations.   The Candidate You’re an enthusiastic Primary ECT who is ready to take full class responsibility and learn quickly from experienced colleagues.   You should have: • A degree in Education or a relevant subject area • QTS or be working towards achieving it by January 2025 • Secure knowledge of the primary curriculum (KS1 and/or KS2) • Strong behaviour management and clear communication skills • A collaborative mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development   The School This ‘Good’ 3-form entry primary in Ladywood is known for consistency of practice, supportive leadership, and strong outcomes.
