This role offers flexible opportunities that can be tailored to fit around your studies, including day-to-day, short-term, and long-term working options. There are opportunities to gain experience across primary, secondary and SEND settings. Responsibilities: Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Assist students with their learning tasks, offering one-on-one guidance and support as needed. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported. Help with classroom management and behaviour support, ensuring a conducive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans for students with diverse needs. Contribute to the overall welfare and pastoral care of students within the school community.Requirements: Passionate about working with children and supporting their educational journey. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
