Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Primary | B33 Area
£100 – £120 per day | Full Time | Immediate Start
Are you an experienced HLTA ready to make a real difference in the classroom?
We’re working with a friendly, community-focused primary school in the B33 area, seeking a confident and enthusiastic HLTA to join their team as soon as possible.
You’ll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, delivering engaging lessons, and helping pupils thrive academically and emotionally.
The Role
*
Full-time position (Monday – Friday, school hours)
*
Supporting and leading learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classes
*
Delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
*
Supporting small groups and 1:1 learners to ensure progress
*
Contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For
*
Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
*
Strong classroom management and communication skills
*
Experience supporting children across a range of abilities
*
A caring, proactive approach with a passion for education
