Are you a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next role?

About the Role:
Supporting learning across different year groups
Leading small intervention groups
Covering whole classes where required
Working closely with teachers to plan engaging learning activitiesYou’ll play an important part in helping children reach their full potential — academically, socially, and emotionally. The ideal person will be proactive, approachable and confident in leading groups or whole-class sessions.
What You’ll Need:
A recognised HLTA qualification (or equivalent classroom experience)
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
