Primary Mainstream Supply Teacher – Dorset
Are you a qualified teacher looking for a role that offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to focus solely on teaching? GSL Education are looking for a Primary Mainstream Supply Teacher to support schools across Dorset.

Responsibilities:
Step into the classroom to lead well-prepared lessons in place of the regular teacher.
Promote a calm and focused learning space by effectively managing student behaviour.
Offer immediate academic and emotional support to pupils as needed.
Oversee a mix of whole-class and small-group activities across a variety of subjects.
Quickly adjust to new school settings and follow each school’s specific guidelines.
Share observations and updates on pupil engagement and progress with school staff.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must.
Experience across different key stages is advantageous.
A flexible, professional, and positive approach to education.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
Ability to manage a classroom effectively and confidently.
Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
