At Prospero Teaching, we're growing fast and looking for a dynamic Primary Manager to lead and grow our Primary Education division in Southampton.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established desk, build and mentor a high-performing team, and drive growth across Hampshire schools.
🔑 What you'll be doing
Lead from the front by developing strong relationships with Primary schools and candidates.
Grow and manage a team of recruiters - mentoring, coaching and inspiring them to achieve their goals.
Drive business development across Hampshire and the surrounding areas, winning new clients and expanding existing relationships.
Work closely with the Branch Manager to set and deliver ambitious growth targets for the Primary division.
Support your team with their own candidate generation, bookings and day-to-day recruitment challenges.
Uphold Prospero's reputation for excellent service and compliance standards.
✅ What we're looking for
Proven experience in education recruitment (Primary or SEND experience desirable).
A natural leader who enjoys developing and motivating others.
Strong business development skills and a track record of hitting targets.
Excellent knowledge of the education sector in Hampshire/Southampton.
A driven, positive and resilient mindset - with a desire to build something exceptional.
