Job Description

SBM required for 3-5 days per week- Newham - Plaistow

Term time 

£ 30,964 -55,159 (actual) depending on experience

The Head teacher wishes to appoint an experienced, highly commited SBM to support her in the day to day running of the school. You must have a warm personality, be prepared to go the extra mile and have experience of working under pressure. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for that next challenge and love working in a leadership capacity within a school.

The school was was judged Good in its last Ofsted inspection (December 2022)

The successful candidate will

Demonstrate effective leadership and management skills 
Have robust background in Finance, ER and HR 
Be highly motivated, organised and display a positive attitude towards work
Be proactive and be able to work on their own initiative 
Be professional and courteous towards others
Be able to work under pressure
Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Be able to lead a team and work effectively as part of a team.Visits to the school are warmly welcomed. the school is a one form entry primary school situated in Plaistow. they have easy access to an underground station, DLR, buses and have a free car park.
