Experienced in catering, ideally within a school or large-scale kitchen environment.
Passionate about producing high-quality, healthy, and appealing food for children.
Knowledgeable about dietary requirements and food allergies (e.g., Natasha's Law).
Able to manage kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, and hygiene standards.
Familiar with relevant food safety regulations (HACCP, COSHH, etc.).
Reliable, organised, and possess excellent communication skills.
