For this role, you must hold either a Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent. They are open to people with a degree in Early Years, Childcare or Education.

This primary school in Redbridge, London are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to work with children across Nursery and Reception (ages 3 to 5) to assist and focus on supporting children development and learning across various areas including social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating a stimulating & safe environment: This includes planning and delivering engaging activities and ensuring safety of children in line with keeping children safe in education guidelines
Support childrens learning & development: Observe and assess childrens progress, tailoring activities to meet individual needs and postering a love of learning
Fostering positive relationships: Building trust & attachments with children as well as working collaboratively with parents and other professionals
Safeguarding children: You are responsible for recognising and responding to any potential safeguarding concerns
Developing and improving the Early Years Curriculum: Ensuring activities align with the Early Years Framework and promote holistic developmentEssential Skills:
Knowledge of the EYFS framework: Understanding the principles and practices of early childhood education.
Communication and interpersonal skills: Effectively communicating with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observation and assessment skills: Monitoring children's progress and identifying areas for support.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm: Creating a positive and engaging learning environment. This Redbridge, London primary school would like Child related qualifications to be successful for this role. If you have experience without the qualification and would be willing to undertake a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification then this school could offer this too.
