Are you an experienced primary school teacher seeking a PPA role for the new academic year?
Do you have experience working in EYFS, KS1 & KS2 and have strong behaviour management?
Perhaps you are an ECT wanting to gain more experience in different year groups and have the support from a large teaching team?
A 3 Form Entry Primary School in Waltham Forest, London are seeking a full time PPA Teaching to join them in either September or October 2024 (depending on your availability) to cover classes from Nursery to Year 6. This role will be paid to scale on a long term contract until July 2026.

FREE Car Parking This 3 Form Entry Primary School located in the heart of Waltham Forest, London are seeking a flexible, enthusiastic and dedicated PPA Teacher to join their school to be able to provide support to their teaching and leadership team in covering classes from Nursery to Year 6.
In this role you will deliver high quality lessons to a range of year groups from Nursery to Year 6, providing cover while teachers have their PPA time or to cover leadership/ ECT time.
All planning is provided however you will need to have a creative and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the class and of course add your own flair!
This is an excellent opportunity to both experienced and newly qualified teachers. For ECTs this is great way to gain experience across year groups and to help you secure an ECT role.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with existing plans
Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Provide constructive feedback to colleagues following cover sessions
Contribute to the wider life of the school promoting a positive and inclusive learning environmentIdeal PPA Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Strong classroom management and a flexible, adaptable teaching style
Confidence teaching across a range of primary age groups
Excellent communication and organisational skills
