Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and learning experiences for children in the Nursery.
Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners within the setting.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and early development.
Work in close partnership with parents, carers, and external agencies to support children’s learning and well-being.
Use observations and assessments to track progress and plan appropriate next steps for all learners.
Uphold the school’s values and contribute to the wider life of the school community.Essential Criteria:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification.
ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply.
A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
A reflective practitioner with a positive and proactive attitude towards professional growth.
