Primary Teacher
Contract Type: Full-time (Part-time considered)
Exclusive Education is currently recruiting a Primary Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary school.
This role is ideal for any anyone who is ready to lead a classroom and make a positive impact from day one. You'll be working in a friendly, lively, and inclusive school setting that value creativity, commitment, and a strong passion for teaching.
To be considered for these roles as an Primary Teacher, you must:
Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE, B.Ed., BA Hons with QTS)
Be eligible to work in the UK
Have experience working with children (school placements included)
Be able to provide two references covering the last two years, ideally from placements or child-related settings
Hold a current DBS registered to the Update Service, or be willing to obtain oneResponsibilities
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Foster a positive learning environment through effective behavior management techniques.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
